Hi Candy - I keep wondering as I view your blog everyday, how long have you been collecting Fiesta? Thanks!!

ReplyDeleteYou do have such gorgeous Fiesta ware. It is all wonderful and all the colors are just fabulous. I love them. Hugs, Marty
ReplyDeleteSuch gorgeous fiesta. I can't believe the unusual pieces in the set. You have so many beautiful sets.
ReplyDelete- The Tablescaper
You probably are the largest collector of this fiesta I have known. I would not have a place for all of it. You always have a great blog.
ReplyDeleteso pretty, so pretty! Oh my! catching my breath now. not sure if the dessert coffee cup, the pitcher, or that little onion soup bowl is my favorite. . .OH! thanks for sharing!
ReplyDeleteIsn't that green such a yummy shade? Beautiful!
ReplyDeleteTo me, this green is the color of the 1930's. I did not know there were so many kinds of pieces - including a bud vase. thanks for sharing, and happy VTT.
ReplyDeleteThey made a lot more pieces than I imagined. Just beautiful.
ReplyDeleteWhat a beautiful collection...I love the onion soup bowl. I've never seen one before.
ReplyDeleteLindy

I am going to show my couple of pieces I found at goodwill a while back. They are not as pretty as yours...but a sandy rose color. I always love your blog and dishes!! Have a great VTT!
ReplyDeleteOh my goodness, this is so amazing! I love it!
ReplyDeleteI'd say you have quite and extensive, beautiful collection! I'd love to have even one of these pieces!

ReplyDeleteBe sure to check out the Shapes and Colors Database for more pieces that I may not have showcased here on VTT.
Coloradolady - Sounds like you may have picked up some vintage Rose, one of the 50s colors, will look forward to seeing it!
Hope to see you all again next week for another VTT!
Candy
Oh how I love that color! It's so beautiful. You have an ama zing collection. I love the bud vase.
ReplyDeleteThanks for sharing :)
So beautiful! One of the things I love best about Fiesta ware are the beautiful handles...this week you just floored me with the after dinner coffee cup handle!
ReplyDeleteThanks so much for answering our questions, Candy. It's very much appreciated!!
ReplyDeleteYou have a beautiful collection of green fiesta. I love the individual color collections better than the mixed colors. It looks so much more elegant. ~~Sherry~~
ReplyDeleteI don't think I've seen this green before? So much fun, love it! I adore the covered soup bowl.
ReplyDeleteHappy VTT,
Sally
Your collection is truly incredible. The bud vase and the soup bowl are terrific. TFS.
ReplyDeleteWow!! This is my first visit to your blog. What an amazing Fiesta collection and I LOVE your vintage tablecloth database!!
ReplyDeleteIncredible collection...thank you for sharing! That Tom and Jerry mug reminded me of something and I had to chuckle. Recently, my mom and I were going through my great-grandma's cookbooks and recipes. There were, seriously, like 20 copies of the same Tom and Jerry recipe all throughout the boxes we were going through! Guess she wanted to make sure she'd never lose it! :)

Thank you all for stopping by for this week's vintage Fiesta post!
ReplyDeleteBlueRidge Sherry - Fiesta collectors often refer to the whole mixed up color palette as the "exploded clown" look! LOL I like it both ways, but find that using one color really allows you to see the shapes and appreciate the details better.
Candy
I love looking at your collection in every way you display it. I have on recently started on the vintage part of my collection. I'd like to share an amazing deal I found on the bulb candle holders in this green. I paid $2.99 for each (2) at one of my favorite thrift stores. I was on a "dish high" for days. LOL
ReplyDeleteGREAT deal Monica! With the hard economic times right now, it is a good time to be adding to a vintage collection. There are some really good deals just waiting for you.
ReplyDeleteCandy
I have NEVER been able to find a fruit bowl in any color, I want one! LOL. Great collection of light greens.
ReplyDeleteThe fruit bowls aren't something you see everyday and some of mine took longer than others. If I remember correctly, it was the Ivory one that was the hardest to find.
