Step Into Spring

Spring has sprung, with inspiration this week from the many hours spent in my garden.  The Little Round Table is sporting bright colors, reflecting the hope that warm weather has finally come to stay for awhile. Details and party links at the end of the post.

Contemporary version of Betty Crocker's "Betty Bowl" is Scarlet.

Vintage pitchers in several yellow hues. Top left to right: Vintage Fiesta Ice Lip Pitcher in Fiesta Yellow and a not officially produced Yellow, Vintage Fiesta Juice Pitcher in Harlequin Yellow and Fiesta Yellow. Far right is the limited edition Fiestaware 2000 pitcher in Sunflower.  Bottom: Fiesta Jam Jars, Vintage Bauer footed cake stand in yellow, contemporary Fiesta Hostess Bowl in Scarlet.

I'm joining:
Alphabe-Thursday at Jenny Matlock for the letter "Z"
You will find no "zees" in this post, so what to do??? Well, I'll just say that this tablescape has some zigs and zags and looks zippy and zesty to me!  It's zingy and goes from 0 to a 10 in a flash ! I'm also hoping this will bring some joy to those of you in zones still suffering from cold temps!  So, that's it for my letter " Z", I think I'll go take a nap and catch some zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzs.

Thanks so much for stopping by!

  38. Thanks so much for coming by to check out this week's table and for your generous comments!

Susie, check out the link on the sidebar for "Storage Ideas" http://happenstancestuffhappens.blogspot.com/2010/02/where-do-you-store-all-those-dishes_25.html

A real boot would work just as well as this ceramic one, although it would have to be leak proof. My favorite pair of garden boots went by the wayside with a leak this winter. :(

Daphne, not only were Elaine and I doing the same colors this week, but I also used that same cloth that she has with the identical colors! Something about great minds!

Lots of Easter tables coming up starting next week, please do drop by again to check them out.
