ReplyDeleteYour roses are beautiful but it is that amazing Japanese Maple that caught my attention this week. I love burgundy foliaged plants, especially when they are contrasted with chartruese. Lovely!
ReplyDeleteAbsolutely gorgeous! I soooo love roses. I'm quite excited as I just planted my first in two years - a Mr Lincoln rose bush. There are so many delightful ones, but I really do think they are the most fragrant roses. What do you think? Anyway, thanks for a lovely visit for Rednesday!

ReplyDeleteBeautiful garden walk!! I can't imagine seeing all those amazing roses at one time! I have a few, but need to think about what I'm doing wrong. The leaves are strong, but it's not flowering. Doesn't help the deer at the flowers and buds last year. So I moved and replanted them. Might be a 'shock' year ... maybe better next year?

ReplyDeleteKaye - Mr. Lincoln is indeed heavy on the fragrance scale!
Christie - Try some of the Bayer ALL IN ONE, that's really the only rose product I use anymore. Yes, deer could be the problem and the shock of transplanting can slow them down, but shouldn't keep them from blooming completely. Try the Bayer product, I've had great success with it.
