It's time for Tablescape Thursday over at Between Naps On The Porch!
Come join this weekly party of tablescapes.
This week's tablescape includes a vintage tablecloth in Persimmon and Lemongrass
with white and gray Fall leaves. Post 86 Fiesta in Pearl Gray, Persimmon and Lemongrass
tops the Made In China chargers. The stemware is vintage, flatware is Deauville, napkins
from Home Goods and napkin rings from the web. The little vase holding roses from my
garden is plastic from the early 50s and the votives came from Michael's.
The Black Carafe is from Homer Laughlin's Kenilworth line.

Candy, you've shown us yet another wonderful color combination! I'm impressed that your garden produces roses to go with just about any table you set! These match the persimmon dishes perfectly. Amazing tablecloth!

ReplyDeleteWhat a great idea to pair the lime green accessories with your orange and black - it takes your table setting away from being Halloween-y, and just makes it a lovely Autumn setting. Beautiful, cloth, too, as always!

ReplyDeleteMary - lots of Fiesta Christmas patterns are available. If you look back through the Dec 2009 posts, you'll see several of them featured in tablescapes, and I'm sure some of them will appear again this year after Dec 1st!
Kate - I struggle trying to get into the whole "Fall" colors thing here in California where it really is still summer! Tomatoes and roses and veggies and daisies and the sage is all blooming again! Tough to think it will soon be Halloween. I've given up on buying pumpkins in this climate and have to settle for the faux ones. They just rot and get mushy after a week with temps in the 90s!
