My "Cloche" To Perfect Day

I'm joining Marty and all the other cloche lovers for the Summer Cloche Party
over at A Stroll Through Life.  Come join the fun!

My "cloche" to perfect day would include a few hours at the shore collecting
shells and other treasures washed up on the beach by last night's tide.

My "cloche" to perfect day would continue with a stop at my favorite little antique shop,
which is right around the corner from the ice cream shoppe.

I always check in the very back of the shop for hidden treasures and today I was
lucky enough to find the "cloche" to perfect mirror!

After arranging to have the mirror delivered and hung in my hallway, I made a
quick stop at my favorite flower seller's cart and came away with some lovely tulips.
Perfect tulips ..... well "cloche" to perfect at least.

I saved the best stop for last on my "cloche" to perfect day strolling through this imaginary adventure.  The perfect shop filled to the rafters with vintage Fiesta and other colorware.

And that's where my "cloche" to perfect day ends ......
now I have to go do the laundry and clean the litter box.

Happy Summer Cloche Party and thanks Marty for hosting another lovely event!

  26. I'm so glad you enjoyed my little world of fantasy! I was a little reluctant in the direction this was taking me at first, but then I rarely travel the beaten path .....

I hadn't unpacked all my miniatures since we moved 3+ years ago, so it was like Christmas in July to become reacquainted with all the little treasures.

LOL Barbara Jean - "That is either the really largest cloche in the world ..." I literally did laugh out loud. Wouldn't a cloche that big be awesome? But then it would take a very tall ladder and a HUGE bottle of Windex to keep it clean!

Thanks to Marty for another great party!

  33. Anne -

I always have a hard time finding things small enough to fit comfortably in my cloches ...... it suddenly came to me when I was unpacking my minis for the first time since we moved 3+ years ago. It was one of those "lightbulb" moments.
