Cloche Encounters of the Mini Kind

Jump over to Susan's weekly party and join the fun.

This vintage linen tablecloth is decked out with Tangerine, Chartreuse and Quatra
(with the multi-color rings, you'll also see this decoration spelled as Quatro and Quattra) Post86 Fiesta. The flowered pitcher looks like it was made for this setting and came from Crate and Barrel about 20 years ago.  Glassware is from Target, napkin rings from Pier 1 last winter, napkins from Home Goods.  The rosewood handled flatware is Dansk from the early 60s. The roses are 'Brass Band' from my garden.

The two mini cloches came from Tuesday Morning.  One holds a stack of Harlequin and Marutomo (made in Japan) nut dishes, while the other holds two tiny salesman sample demitasse cups
made by Home Laughlin China in Suntone.

Thanks for coming by to see my latest tablescape, I do appreciate it.
If you follow the "This Week In My Garden" series here on TLRT, please check out

but that has been corrected and you can now stroll through the garden again!

Hope to see you again soon!

  2. Another fun, happy table! The green and orange of this tablescape transports me back in time to the 70s and my first apartment. Such a charming table with each of the different pieces of pottery all melding together to layer interest. Thanks for the little walk down memory lane. ~ Sarah

  21. That tablecloth is dreamy - that is the exact style that I love to collect as well. I'm thrilled that Fiesta now has "Lemongrass", as my chartreuse pieces were sadly killed in a moving incident... Great job on this setting - one of my favorites for sure!

  27. Thanks to all of your for your generous comments!

It's the dishes that make the cloth....or is it the cloth that makes the dishes? Whatever I like the way each compliments the other!

Stop back again soon, more tablescapes to come soon.
