Starlight Christmas Supper

I'm officially counting down the days 'til Christmas and with just about a week to go Tablescape Thursday is here again!  Join all the bloggers from across the land as they post their holiday tables over at Between Naps On The Porch.  Many thanks to Susan for hosting this very popular weekly event, it was the first "party" I found for tablescaping and remains a favorite!

Today's tablescape is all about bright colors and starlight.  Purchased fabric for the tablecloth, with one of my favorite decals on White Post 86 Fiesta, Chartreuse Fiesta dinnerplates and cut-work chargers.  The Sapphire salt and pepper sitting on the Chartreuse relish tray with the little Sapphire pitcher are all "not officially produced" pieces and are hard to come by.  The vintage Fiesta mixing bowl in the center was a promotional piece for Sherwood Rye.

  14. Thanks everyone! This tablecloth is very useful throughout the year....I've used it for any red-white-blue holiday like July 4th, Presidents' Day, the Inauguration. It's a nice change from a white background.

The chargers came from an internet site, can't remember for sure, but I think it might have been marylandchina.com.

Wishing you all the happiest of holidays!
