It could be breakfast or dessert .........

I've been craving French toast, but opted for a healthier breakfast of oatmeal.
Add a few toppings and it could also pass as dessert. 
Mandarin orange slices, golden raisins and wave just a tiny bit of brown sugar over it.
Add skim milk and oh my ... take me away.

  1. Looks YUMMY! We are trying to eat healthier and have oatmeal most every weekday morning...just topped with blueberries.
