    So dear girl, once I see beyond the fiesta, I see a pretty dollie that the flan sits on. It looks like it is reusable and is just great..... where did you get it???

    I have always thought of flan as a big production but the way you put some water in bakers and used a ramekin...it does not look hard.

    Daphne, the flan was made in the Dip piece from Macy's Chip 'N Dip set, so they are a generous 1 Cup portion. LOL
