Quick, Easy and Tasty Tuna Salad
......
1 Avocado, cut in half, peeled, dipped in lemon juice
1/4 C diced onion
1/4 C diced celery
1/4 - 1/2 C diced apple without peel
2-3 Tablespoons chopped walnuts
1/4 C - 1/2 C +/- Mayo
Black pepper to taste
1 can Tuna in water, drained
Set Avocado aside, combine remaining ingredients,
fill avocado halves with mixture
